Kits For That turns that experience into templates for the disputes people usually handle on their own. Each kit explains the steps in plain English and writes the letters from your facts. The legal details, such as deadlines, dollar limits and agency addresses, are checked against official sources on a regular schedule, and many pages show the date they were last verified.
I’m not a lawyer, and nothing here is legal advice. If a lot of money is at stake, or the other side already has a lawyer, talk to one yourself.

Common questions
Is this legal advice?
No. Kits For That is not a law firm. The kits are self-help templates with general information about how these disputes usually go. You decide whether a letter fits your situation, and for anything complicated a licensed attorney in your state is the right call.
Do my answers get sent to you?
No. The letters are written by code running in your browser, and your answers stay on your device. The only thing sent to our server is your checkout reference or unlock code, to confirm a purchase. It is never linked to anything you type into a generator. The privacy policy has the details.
What happens after I pay?
Stripe takes the payment and sends you back to a confirmation page for your kit. Your unlock code is emailed to the address you used at checkout. On the kit page, choose “Enter your unlock code” under “Already bought this kit?” and type the code to open the full kit in any browser.
Is there a subscription?
No. Every kit is a single payment, and buying one doesn’t sign you up for anything. Nothing on the site needs an account.
What if the kit doesn’t fit my situation?
Email customer.service@kitsforthat.com within 30 days and you’ll get a full refund, for any reason. Write from the address you used at checkout, or tell us that address so we can find the order.
Can I use a kit more than once?
Yes. Change the details and generate the documents again as often as you need, for your own matters or your own business’s. The license is for personal use, so please don’t share the templates or your code.
